Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
we recently purchased a new f-250 ford truck. the brakes will not stop the truck when pulling our boat. it has been back at the dealership since 4 days after we bought it. the dealership sd there is nothing wrong with it. i am wondering if there is any way we can get out from under this truck?

The lemon law allows you to return a vehicle within three days of purchasing it if the vehicle can not be used for the purpose it was purchased. If you purchased the vehicle with a tow package because this was your expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle, you have a suit.
