Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
I recently purchased a new vehicle. The dealer business manager has contacted me stating that he made a mistake on the sales contract, and I owe an additional $1000.
My question is that since I have a signed contract and possession of the vehicle, am I in any way legally resonsible to pay this additional amount?
