Salvaged Car
A year ago I arranged financing for relatives for an auto in Louisiana. We have just found out the car was abadoned during Hurricane Katrina. What are my options.

Re: Salvaged Car
When you say arranged financing what do you mean? Are you liable on the loan? If you are just being told it was abandoned, I must assume it has been hauled off and destroyed or sold for scrap. If you had to pay the loan then your recourse is against the relative.
