Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
We spent $2500 to have the engine repaired in our 2003 cavalier. New not rebuilt from the head up.. Now 7 1/2 months later it has water n the oil and bad knocking.. The shop we took it to says Oh well.... Do we have a case against the shop ?

Unless they gave you a warranty over 7 months, you don"t have an action against them.
