Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
I was taking a work out supplement that I now discovered
has a warning for severe headaches. This warning was NOT
on the product that I purchased. I was medically discharged
from the navy for having severe migraines. I was honorably
discharged but I received a RE4, which means I am not able
to reenlist. I stopped taking the product after I started
going through being discharged. I was wondering if I could
sue them for not having this warning on the product. I will
never be able to serve my country and I lost over $40,000
because i had to get out of a 6 year contract with the navy
due to the headaches.

Dear LawGuru Friend,
Yes, it looks to me like you have a good case,
provided that you have not waited too long to
take action. Assuming you have not waited too
long, you need only to find a lawyer who will
handle your case on a percentage. If you will
e-mail me your name and phone number, I will
call you and discuss this matter with you further.
There will be no charge for my doing so, as I am
now retired from the practice of law after 41 years
of active practice. My e-mail address is hparkerson@
suddenlink.net.
Looking forward to hearing from you, I am
Sincerely,
