Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
I just got a new truck Monday 1-2-12 signed all the paper work. Picked the truck up Tuesday and gave the dealer a $10,000 check. So now the dealer is calling me to come back in because they made a mistake and I owe them another $1,000. I have all the signed paper work. Today they also told me they are not going to pay any of the taxes are tag fees till I come in with the money. Where do I stand in this matter??????

If the contract has a sale price and you paid it, you're done. They can't refuse to honor the contract just because they WANTED to charge you more, but did not.
