my wife passed away june24th of 2009 her father went to the pawn shop were we had merchindise told the owner he wanted her stuff they gave it to him i had the tickets and we are legally married what can i do

If the pawn shop owner gave away your merchandise without the ticket, he breached his duties as what we call in Louisiana a "compensated depositary". He is liable to you for the merchandise he gave away.
