Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana
Yesterday I signed all the paperwork on a brand new Harley Davidson but they said before they can complete the paperwork they needed a copy of my paycheck stub and a copy of the utiliy bill which I haven't done yet and i didn't take delivery of the motorcycle. Would it be a breach of Contract to back out now are am I legally bind to my that motorcycle
