Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

can you be arrested for unpaid payday loans. i filled loan app out to be debited from my savings account. The money was put into my savings account, now the payday ;loan company are saying that they cant not ACH payments from my account because its a savings, when they knew this because they placed the loan into my account.
