can my check be garnished after a repossession?married and spouse moved out after a month . he is the co signer on the account. he took possesion of the truck and when he could not make the payments the truck was pickuped.

You both are responsible for the debt as you each signed. There has to be a suit filed and judgment ordered before any garnishment can begin.
