Deceased Credit Card Debt
If a parent of adult children dies, are the children responsible to settle the parents credit card debt from the estate?

The personal representative of the estate is responsible for taking the actions necessary to pay the decendent's bills from the estate. If you don't know what that means, you need to find a probate attorney in your area.
