Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana
My family was giving cars from Nissan as a gift from a man my sister was dealing with, they called us to come pick up the cars they gave us all the legal paperwork and registration for the vehicle and a week later they took the cars from us after they told us they were paid for in cash on the delivery date. We had the cars for a week and after that they told us they weren't paid for and came and took them back after they lied and told us they were paid for on the day we drove them off the lot and thats what all our paperwork states too. What can we do about this situation?

What did your family do to deserve those automobiles? What have you lost? Reading your question, it seems out of the blue your family was given some Nissan automobiles. Other than losing a "free" car, you will have to prove you suffered damages if you think you are going to get anything from that "man your sister was dealing with."
