My friend has a rent to own shed that was removed from her property with her belongings inside does the rent to own company have the right to take all her property inside are should they have removed the property own site.

This would depend on the written agreement between the parties. The belongings are rightfully hers, and if this had been an eviction, would have been placed by the road by sheriff's deputies. The shed may have remained secured so that they could not be accused of theft is something was missing.
