Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

If an individual is attempting to set up a business paying court cost and fees as well as a fee or the services rendered to individuals with jobs and want to establish direct wage garnishments as the form/procedure of repaying the loan, is this possible? Are there any loop holes to prevent this? What legal perspectives would hinder this form of repayment?

Unless you have a judgment granting a wage garnishment, you cannot garnish wages for a debt.
