Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana
My job has failed to send my child support an when told about this they said they'll send check but I have no proff shown an I'm in fear for job to keep asking what should I do because social services is contacting me with threats.

If they don't honor the garnishment, they will be brought to court and so will you. You should keep any documentation to show court you have tried to have support sent.
