Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

I have a judgement on my drivers liscense due to a car accident over five years ago.I was unaware of this until i tried to renew my liscense what are my rights or options short of giving up and agreeing only to their terms them being the insurance company

You need to refile your question. Judgments are not recorded "on your driver's license" and a civil debt to an insurance company doesn't keep you from getting a license. One simply has nothing to do with the other. Either you have been given bad information, or your question is very badly phrased.
