ex left unpaid daycare bill
my husbands child lives with her mother. she has moved from state to state 4 times in the past 2 years. she left a daycare bill behind and the collections are coming after him for it. he pays child support and we were told that daycare was included. can they come after him for her debt? they say he signed the papers but he said he was told he signed a permission slip for the child to go since they were seperated at the time. he is also in bankruptcy right now. they are coming after him because he has a job and she doesnt but she has the child and left the bill unpaid when she left the state.
