Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

I live in Louisiana and recieved a paper this week that I am being sued from a credit card company that was from several years ago. I need to know what I can do!

Depending on where the suit is filed, you have 10-15 days to answer the suit. If you do not answer, they will receive a default judgment against you. They can not sue you for debts older than 3 years from the date of last payment.
