Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana
i live in the netherlands and some1 in the usa loaned money from me.
is it possible to get this money back from him?

I suppose if he has the money and you can prove he owes it to you, then you can either have a demand letter written or sue him where he is a resident. Of course you will need his address for that.
