i looked at my credit report noticed two debt they said i owed i disputed them by denying ownership can i still prescribed them?

Monies owed on open accounts prescribe three years from the date of last payment. If you didn't owe the debts appearing on your credit report, there would be no payments made and more than likely the debt has prescribed. To properly answer the questions, more information about the debt and dispute would need to be explored.
