If you made arrangements, send a copy of the arrangements to the new company.

You asked if they could call you. Of course they can, however, tell them once that they are not to call again and if they do you will report them to the Feds. The law says once you tell them to stop calling if they call they have broken a Federal Law. Unfortunately, I do not know the law well enough to quote it.
