How do I find out if a pre-Katrina debt has been written off? I was a co-business partner and have only received a judgment

Your question is confusing. Was the judgment in favor of you or your creditor and why would you assume that the underlying debt had been necessarily written off? (Katrina was a mere two years ago.)
