Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

I just received a judgment debtor summons with an attached judgment debtor rule. What can they do? I have no income, I do not own my home, I have a vehicle with a cracked motor. My husband is not mentioned and with his income we are barely making it.
