What are my rights during a repo in Louisiana?
I was contact by a repo man and he advise me that the credit union that finance my car had place my car out for repossession, my note is one month past due. How can I resolve this problem without repossession.

The only way you can stop a repossession is to either cure the default on the note (pay what you owe), make arrangements with the creditor to pay what you owe, or, as a last resort, a bankruptcy filing if you have other debt problems.
