My spouse financed a car before we got married. The loan is in default now. Do I share responsibility for this loan since my spouse financed the car before we got married?

Is this the judgment that was asked about in the previous question that you are being garnished for? When you marry, and you do not have a prenup, then your income is half his and that can be seized to pay for his debts.
