Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

Can I sue a collection agency for using profane and obscene language,never send me a written validation notice, charge me monthly checking fees, tell me he a lawyer and is not.

You should contact the La. Attorney Generals office office of consumer protection. Make a complaint as they are violating the law.
