How do i sue someone who stole money from me and also made checks and signed my name in the amount of 20,000.00

Go to the Sheriff's Office or Police and file a theft and forgery complaint against them. hat you wrote is much more than simply suing for money, it is multiple crimes and needs to be prosecuted.
