Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

I am being sued for a unsecured loan. I can pay in full next month. but nothing this month. How do I respond to the summons?

You must answer the suit within the time indicated otherwise the creditor will receive a summary judgment. You should contact the creditor and attempt to come to a payment agreement.
