Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Louisiana

I was told by a caller that a affadavit was going to be served to a court in my home state of louisiana, against me. it was for a payday loan that i did not hear of. i had payday loans in the past and paid them off. but i can't remember this particular one.

what can i do?
