Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

In May 2010 my house was broken into by three young kids. Their age was 14. Most of the property was returned and they have admitted to everything they stole. The D.A. has placed five federal charges on them but we have not been to court yet. Two of the items that were not returned was panties and a sex toy. The kids said they threw those items away. Now one of the boys that broke into my house is sending me a friend request on myspace. This bothers me a lot because of the sexual items that were stolen and I feel like the boy is harassing me by sending me a friend request. Is there any other charge I can place on this boy to leave me alone?
Also is stealing someone's panties and sex toy some kind of sex crime?

This whole thing is SICK! Why would you ask strangers about this? Go to the police and tell them the perpetrator is contacting you.
