Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
Need help
Well I am only 15 and I am a loan consultant working for a finance company. Well I have had a customer now for 3 months. I dont know but somehow someone logged into my e-mail acct. and typed an approval letter and forwarded to a client. I just went along with it becuase I didnt know what was going on.He just was going to fast for me. He and his girlfriend has beent two of the most rude customers I have EVER had. They have cursed and threatened me several times. This seemed to be as if though someone hacked into my e-mail and sent that e-mail. How? I dont know. It seems stupid and now my client is acquiring an attorney due to this matter. I am in a predicament that if I dont close the loan by noon on next Thursday then he's going to sue me. Is this legal. We have been through 3 investors to place this guy funding for his business. 1) The hacker stated to be my ''Aunt''. I dont know who it was. 2)The second guy was a guy out of Georgia that I just got out of contact with. 3) The third one was a guy from Holland who didnt seem to send the money. This guy was in need of $500,000 USD for his business.I didnt know what was going on. My boss has now traded and turned his back on me. I dont know why. I guess becuase he doesnt want to be in

This is really a civil matter and it really doesn't sound to me like he has a case against you or your company. If anything, if he hacked your email account and sent out a "forged letter" he has committed the crime. If he sues, I would recommend you defend.

Dear Young LawGuru Friend,
If you are only fifteen, he can't legally sue you any way. He might be able to sue your parents, but he is not going to win. Since you have been threatened with a suit, advise your parents and/or legal guardian(s). Don't be forced into to anything. Don't be intimidated. If he and/or she threaten(s) you again, hang up the phone on him and/or her. Sounds like you are in a very important job at a very young age. Would be curious to know how one so young got such an important job. Hang in there! Just hang up the phone on these intimidators and obvious frauds! Good luck!
Sincerely,
