Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
2nd degree battery
My son found his wife with a bunch of blacks smoking cocaine, He beat her. They have him for 2nd degree battery, 20,000 bond. His wife has fled with the 3 children back to Gilmer, TX. where she was using Meth & Cocaine. What could happen to him and I need help getting my grandchildren out of this situation. The mother is unfit. My son is in Mandeville or Covington, La.

You need to hire an attorney for your son's criminal charge. You then need to call in a complaint to the child protection people in texas and tell them of your concerns about the children.
