Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

My 14 year old son has been accused of inappropriate behavior with his sisters at his father's home. My son continues to deny this occured. DA is trying to persue charges. I am not going to go with DA's plan to get him help, as that makes me agree that he is guilty. What is the next step in this process beings I am not going to accept her "plea bargain"?

The age of the children involved is unknown as they can not prove a date when this occured. It is believed that my son was 12 or 13 when this occured, they have accused him of several incidents since he is about 10.

I do not know what they offered or what they are claiming, but if they believe the victims and you do not agree to a "safety plan" then they will take your son and any other children you have in your home and place them in foster care. Then the real work begins.
