accused of sexual assault
a massage therapist was accused of sexually assaulting a client during a massage session. No police report was filed and the individual did not sexually assualt this client. Client wrote a letter to employer of massage therapist claiming assault. What can be done about client's word v. therapist word. Can the therapist be sued on an accusation with no proof?

Re: accused of sexual assault
If the client sues the therapist or her/his employer, then the question is one of credibility and proof. There is no magical formula to who wins a lawsuit. Seek an attorney immediately.
