Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
If I did an affidative to drop charges on my boyfriend for 2nd degree battery will the state still charge him or drop him? and will i still have to go to court if i been subpena?

It is up to the State to decide whether or not to bill. If you are subpoenaed and do not show up, you can be held in contempt of court and arrested.
