Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
If you were aquitted for murder about 10 years ago, and now 10 years later your in criminal court for different charge, can they retry you on the murder charge to make you choose to plea guilty on the current charge, Is that consider double jeporady

If you were aquitted (not a hung jury or mistrial) that case is over. That is the very definition of double jeopardy.

I agree with Andy, assuming you are telling the story in its entirety. Any attempt to use a mere accusation against you is a ground for dismissal of charges, and more importantly, for ethics charges against the prosecutor, and/or criminal charges against anyone else.
