Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
can i be aressted on my arrainment day for not haveing an lawyer the judge told me not to come back with out one but would not appoint me one and have not been able to afford one since last cout date please respond thanks

You won't be arrested but you will have to be arraigned without an attorney. So go there and plead not guilty and they will set a trial date. A Judge usually does not order a defendant to appear with or without an attorney unless he believes the defendant is using excuses to put off the arraignment or is lying about their abiltity to afford an attorney.
