armed robbery
My brother did 5 armed robberies with a toy gun and got five 5yr sentences that runs consecutively instead of concurrently. My brother said because of the Napolean laws

It has nothing to do with the napoleonic code. It has to do with his committing 5 armed robberies! He could have gotten 99 years times 5 = 495 years...so he got a big break. Doing it with a firearm would have mandated another 25 years to that.....so he got another break by not getting 520 years.....
