armed robbery
if a first time offender was sentenced 30 years for armed robbery, how many years do they have to complete before becoming eligible for parole or risk review?

Dear LawGuru Friend,
The last time I looked at the Armed Robbery law, it said "no probation, parole nor suspension of sentence." Unless it has been amended recently, I do not think there is any parole on an Armed Robbery conviction.
