Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I was arrested for 2nd degree Murder in Louisiana, it was brought before the grand jury and null processed, however they arraigned me on charges I was never arrested for, how is this possible

The DA can change charges based on facts or the grand jury can choose other crimes than one first charged.
