Arrested while on probation

I am currently on probatio for DWI 2nd and was arrested for felony theft (100.00). Does this mean that my probation will automatically be revoked and I will have to do the suspended six month jail sentence? I am a single mother and am not sure what to do.

It is not automatic. In fact, if your probation officer chooses not to ask for a revocation, then you should be alright. However, if he does choose to ask for revocation, or if you were on unsupervised probation, then the court will decide whether to revoke. As an aside, you may see the child protection division get involved with your child since you are harming the child by committing crimes.
