Assault and Battery Punishments

I need to know what the punishments for assault and battery are. A/S/A/P! Please Help!

simple assault = up to $200 fine and/or up to 90 days imprisonment.......

Aggravated assault = up to $1,000 and/or 6 months

THOSE MAY CHANGE ACCORDING UPON WHOM THE ASSAULT IS COMMITTED.......

Simple Battery = up to $500 and/or 6 months

Aggravated Battery = up to $5,000 and/or 10 years with or without hard labor........

AGAIN, THERE ARE OTHER TYPES OF BATTERIES AND OTHER PENALTIES DEPENDING UPON WHOM THE BATTERY WAS COMMITTED..........
