Bad Accident

I got charged with negligent injury .

My ? is what is the max sentence,

also never ever been arrested any advice welcome.

Go to the Louisiana Legislature website--by Goggling it--go to LA Laws, then to Revised Statues, and then to the article of Title 14 of the Louisiana Revised Statues that I am listing as an Attachment below and read the law for yourself. �39. Negligent injuring

Negligent injuring is the inflicting of any injury upon the person of another by criminal negligence.

The violation of a statute or ordinance shall be considered only as presumptive evidence of such negligence.

Whoever commits the crime of negligent injuring shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
