Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

I'm in Baton Rouge, LA. My fiance got arrested on 11/17, it's now 2/15, he has a probation hold on him as well. Legally in Louisiana they have from the date you're booked, 90 days to have put you up for arraignment. He still hasn't been to court. Understandably, they still have 2 more days, but in the event they go over the alotted time what do we need to do to get him home? I've called his P.O. and he hasn't called back and I've called the judge, the D.A., the clerk of court, the jail, and the public defenders office (he still hasn't been assigned to them so they had no record). What can we do??

Actually they have 72 hours to set bond and 180 days to file a petition. A 701 motion will need to be filed to have him released.

You should break the engagement. That being said, the probation hold allows the locals to sit back and wait.
