Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
My boyfriends ex has been trying to talk to him and text him nonstop for the 8 months we've been together, well now she's wanting to fight me because I told her to stop, she's pregnant and I refuse to fight her but what if she sees me one day and confronts me or hits me? I don't want to give her a chance to sue me for endangering or even killing her unborn child, and I definitely don't want to hurt the child, what can I do if she attacks me?

You have a right to defend yourself but you must attempt to avoid the confrontation or remove yourself from the situation.
