break probation
In June 2007 I came home to mississippi, was on probation in louisiana, I was arrested and am serving time in ms state parchman, I'm trying to get my louisiana charge to run concurrent with my mississippi charge. How do I get this done?

Without expressing a binding legal opinion it would be evident that one who was in prison in Mississippi that also has a charge/sentence pending in Louisiana that would like to get the two sentences to run concurrently would be required to appear before the Louisiana Courts to ascertain if the Louisiana Courts would run the sentences concurrently. In the alternative, I would seek to be released from Mississippi in exchange for traveling to Louisiana to serve a sentence there, in exchange for which Mississippi would agree to release you from the remainder of your sentence in exchange for a promise to never step foot in the State of Mississippi again, failing which you would be required to serve the remainder of your sentence. You should immediately contact a competent Criminal Defense Attorney to initiate the process at this time.
