Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
My brother was found guilty on March 17 in the state of Georgia. Right before the verdict was read, my grandfather overheard 2 members of the jury talking in the restroom about wanting to vote not guilty because they felt it wa entrapment. Not long after he heard that, he was found guilty. He will not be sentenced until May 24. Is there anything our family can do, to help him, with this information?

If you think there was jury misconduct, you should give the information to his attorney for necessary motions and appeals. But just because two jury members say they believe one way before deliberations are complete, doesn't necessarily mean there was misconduct.
