Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
I need to know if this would be a case or not. I would probably need a criminal lawyer for this. I want to sue someone for sexual trauma and at one point rape. This happened in Covington Louisiana in a hotel.

You need to speak to a personal injury lawyer that you trust. It would help if that lawyer practices criminal law also.
