Dear LawGuru Friend,

I read your question. Your chance of accomplishing what you desire in

this situation are "good", but what you desire won't happen without some

effort on at least your part and/or on your part and on the part of a good

attorney acting on your behalf. What you desire is something that must

be negotiated--or "plea bargained", if you please--and also "sold" to the judge

who will render the ultimate sentence. If you will, you may feel free to contact

me and give me your name, phone number and e-mail address, and I will be back

with you to discuss this matter further; all at no charge to you. Why no charge?

Well, I am at least temporarily retired from law practice, and I just like helping

people with their legal problems. I consider my ability to do so a gift from God and

a "calling", if you please.

Looking forward to hearing back from you, I am

Sincerely,

Hardy Parkerson, J.D.
