Your question is not clear enough to give you a definitive answer. You should call the clerk of court for the court you were charged and ask for the 'minutes' from the court the day you were found guilty. The minutes should show exactly what the judge said, and whether the mistake is your or theirs. Then contact the district attorney and inform them of the outcome of your case. You can also start there if you so desire, but it is much more difficult to speak to your district attorney then it is to get court minutes from the clerk.
